First off welcome to Earth Yarn! Earth Yarn is owned, and operated as an in home Work At Home Mom business. My name is Jen and I am the mom behind Earth Yarn. I take great care and pride with my creations here at Earth Yarn. I use only the highest quality of fiber and professional grade acid dyes to create my products. All of my yarn is handspun and plied using either my Ashford Traveller, Schacht Ladybug or Hitchhiker spinning wheels. All of my fiber is carefully dyed to make it as easy to draft and spin as possible. Because of this if you are purchasing dyed fiber for spinning you may have a little runoff with the first washing. This is normal and will not happen again as I use colorfast professional acid dyes that do not fade or bleed once set. All of my handspun yarns are washed in SOAK fiber wash prior to listing or shipping so they come to you colorfast and ready to use! If there is something you are looking for but do not see here in the store or in any of my other shops please let me know as I can most likely work to make exactly what you want with a custom order!
